Job Description

 

Sia Partners is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant who will provide support to the Director of Human Resources as well as supporting the leadership team when necessary. The responsibilities of this role are a mix of administrative and operational activities specifically providing clerical support to the Admin department regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedures and general clerical tasks.  This candidate is organized, proactive, flexible, and self-propelled.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of Human Resources
  • Assist with onboarding, benefits administration and open enrollment
  • Assist with contractors and 1099 employees contracts
  • Managing projects in alignment with organizational goals
  • Be in charge of administrative and office responsibilities
  • Assist the leadership team as needed
  • Assist in immigration process with outside legal team
  • Other duties as assigned
     

Qualifications

 

  • 1-3 years of administrative/executive assistant experience
  • Experience supporting executives and senior-level managers
  • High degree of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to work with limited direction
  • Exceptional communication skills, reliability, collaborative spirit, and interpersonal skills
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive and confidential issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
  • Knowledge of ADP Totalsource preferred but not mandatory
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related discipline preferred but will consider experience in lieu of a degree
