Job Description

Sia Partners is launching a large program to implement a custom digital banking solution that will revolutionize personal banking experiences. This is a multi-vendor, multi-faceted, multi-year program that requires a seasoned Business Analyst with large scale system implementation, start to finish, experience. This role will responsible for supporting capture of and analysis of critical data inputs for vendor relationships/contracts, tile development, and constellation platform workstreams.  

Overview of the position:

  • Responsible for supporting capture of and analysis of critical data inputs for vendor relationships/contracts, tile development, and constellation platform workstreams.  

  • Responsible for requirements gathering/user story development and traceability.

  • Collaborates across workstreams to prepare organization for transition to new system

  • Drive work within project teams and with a variety of business stakeholders to ensure that all business requirements are understood, documented, and met

  • Using Business Analyst industry tools & techniques, document information needs and functional requirements

  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customer and technology stakeholders

  • Research, analyze, recommend, and participate in the deployment of solutions

Minimum Requirements:

  • 4+ years of business analysis experience.

  • Experience working 3rd party developers and vendors preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Preference for technology and financial services experience

  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communicator in order to gather business knowledge required for conducting analytic goals  

  •  Work with key stakeholders to define and implement requirements, objectives, and metrics

  • Experience implementing moderately complex initiatives with demonstrated leadership in facilitation, planning, negotiation, and analysis

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite

  • CBAP certification (or similar) a strong plus

  • SQL, Tableau experience highly desirable

  • Ability to break down complex problems into clear and simple terms

  • Ability to systematically consider the implications of problems and solutions in multiple domains at once, and solve problems across all domains

  • A successful candidate for this position will demonstrate the following attributes and skills:
