Job Description

Due to our growth in Asia, we are continuing the expansion of our business in Asia and are looking for a Senior Manager to lead the Financial Services division.

Senior Manager in Financial Services

As a Senior Manager you will assume several responsibilities across delivery, business development, management /mentoring, recruitment, marketing / content development:

Expertise – Led and managed projects within Financial Services; either in Corporate & Investment Banking, Private Banking or Retail Banking.

Business development – Driving new business growth and improving revenue for the firm / drive proposals and client material

Delivery - Lead teams and deliver project work across a range of clients based either from our office in Singapore or at client site

Management / mentoring – support the management team and ensure mentoring and developing junior team members

Recruitment / Marketing  - Contribute to the development of the Sia Partners brand and actively participate to the recruitment

As part of a diverse and motivated team, you will be involved in a range of projects with our clients, covering topics such as:

  • Banking (wealth management, CIB, Asset Management) or Insurance: OPEX, regulatory / compliance / risk / Finance, growth
  • Consulting skills including Project / Program management( management of business projects with both internal stakeholders and third parties, able to manage complex client projects) to Business analysts roles

Qualifications

Qualifications and Pre-requisites:

  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience in consulting
  • Entrepreneurial drive – previous sales experiences is a must - thrives on growth challenges with regard to client development and business development
  • Experience with a Big4 or equivalent consulting firm, ideal
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders
  • Strong project / program management experience
  • Strong expertise beyond methodology
  • Strong communication skill
  • Team player and ability to navigate in a multi-cultural environment
  • Results driven
