Job Description

What do we do?

Sia Partners is a specialist management consulting firm which was initially established in Paris, France in 1999 and has grown into a global firm with approximately 1,200 employees and revenue exceeding $200m. In Transformation and Change we work with our clients to develop Target Operating Models so that they become market leading, high performing businesses. As well as developing the models we also implement them and through our change management specialism we overcome all the natural resistance there is to significant changes within our clients’ workforces

Across all of our sectors we are data specialists. We recognise that Consulting has changed too. It’s not enough to be an expert. You must be supported by data too in order to generate new insights that impress our clients and also support the business cases for change that our clients ask us to help them develop and articulate.

We are continuing the expansion of our consulting business in the UK and are looking for talented and self-motivated senior people who are committed to building relationships and delivering results. We are also hiring interns and recruiting graduates with strong academic results. Our consultants have strong quantitative skills and the ability to present ideas and concepts clearly and succinctly. Most have relevant work experience from other consultancies and companies.

At all levels in Sia Partners in order to succeed our people need to be self-motivated, highly qualified and have entrepreneurial flair.
