Our team in the Middle East is expanding with exciting new projects on-going and on the horizon. As such, Sia Partners is looking to fill a consultant position in Doha (Qatar), where the applying candidate will be part of a project delivery team for a major player in the oil and gas sector in the country. As a full time member of the team and Sia Partners, the consultant will participate in delivering against the project plan and client requirements, in addition to supporting the management tasks of the project.

Outside of the project, the consultant will participate in internal projects for Sia Partners, alongside our Middle East colleagues, and provide support in business development and other professional development activities.

The qualified candidate must poses:

• 3 - 4 years experience 
• Experience and education in the oil and gas sector
• Familiarity with software deployment process
• Experience and familiarity with process re-engineering methodologies
• Ability to facilitate workshops, training and meetings
• Fluent in English, while native Arabic speakers is also a positive
