Entry-level


Within the Marketing & Corporate Development team, the Social Media Coordinator is responsible
for implementing Sia Partners' social media strategy & developing brand awareness. S/he will
effectively manage and grow social communities across multiple platforms through insight, planning,
development and delivery of social content & strong community engagement. S/he will report to the
Global Digital Marketing Manager and the Head of Marketing and Corporate Development


Responsibilities:
• Manage Sia Partners’ social media channels in English and French, including but not
limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook
• Day-to-day content planning, management, copywriting, and scheduling
• Moderate comments, messages, and responding to them in a timely manner
• Coordinate with teams in all countries/business units in order to create editorial
calendars
• Analyze data to optimize campaigns performance
• Work on a daily basis with the creative and marketing team
• Help all teams in the translation and editing of English content
• Test opportunities in new channels
• Help with the creation of content and templates (video, infographics, data viz)

Qualifications

• 0 - 2 years of social media marketing experience (either in-house or agency)
• Master’s degree (Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field)

• Native English speaker
• Creative written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated creative problem-solving approach and analytical skills
• Self-motivated & proactive

Additional Information

The Social Media Coordinator role is global and will be based in our new office in Boulogne-
Billancourt.
