Sia Partners UK is looking to continue this period of growth and success by increasing its leadership team through the hire of an Associate Partner in the Corporate Investment Banking practice to lead business development, increase existing client market share and to help shape the development of the future of new and existing consultants throughout the practice.

 

About the role

The Associate Partner will be required to match the ambition and growth plans of Sia Partners UK throughout the Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) space.

As well as delivering large scale transformation projects throughout areas including Risk and Regulation candidates will be required to build upon a demonstrable track record of both developing existing relationships and identifying new business opportunities with CIB clients at C Level.

The Associate Partner will work with existing senior members of Sia Partners UK Banking & Finance practice to effectively double the current size and revenues within the first year.
 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·        Developing and delivering a focused CIB strategy in line with Sia Partner overall UK business and growth plans

·        Grow the team, practice and organisation through targeted business development and top line growth

·        Identify and implement opportunities to grow the value, services and work volume delivered by the CIB business unit

·        Develop and mentor consultants alongside other members of the senior management team in line with Sia Partners “lead from the front” ethos

·        Display a clear hands-on approach through consistent delivery and a willingness to be involved in the full life cycle of management consultancy from identifying opportunities through to post project completion support

Qualifications

How to stand out
 

Candidates are required to have a proven pedigree of demonstrable success throughout their career in management consulting with a track record of consistently exceeding targets and expectations.

Though not essential candidates ideally will have both business and consulting experience gained within recognised financial institutions, leading global tier1 Advisory firms or a specialised boutique consultancy with;

 

·        A proven track record in business development / consulting sales through both the identification of new clients and expansion of existing client market share

·        The ability to engage with senior external as a trusted advisor stakeholders regarding CIB and Regulatory Requirements (MIFID II, EMIR etc.)

·        Expert knowledge of global best practice to help Corporate Investment Banking customers achieve their business goals

·        The ability to work collaboratively whilst also providing constructive challenge and advice
