Sia Partners is looking for bright and dynamic consultants committed to building relationships and delivering results. Supervised by experienced consultants, you will be involved in projects across different sectors: Marketing, Sales, Client & Digital Services.

You will mainly work on the following topics:

  • Client knowledge and customization: diagnostics and recommendations for the implementation of a “customer centric” strategy, benchmarks of sectors and technologies, analysis of client behavior and expectations,…
  • Marketing: creation, enlargement and consolidation of loyalty programs, development of offering of services including digital services, ROI and performance marketing,…
  • Sales: definition of the strategy of the “go to market” B2C and B2B and the operational model, review of the pricing policy, optimization of the CRM to increase sales, margins and decrease commercial costs,…
  • Client Service / client experience: Definition of the operational model for multichannel client service, humanization of the client relationship,…
  • Expert or Analyst in Salesforce or alternative products…

You will get the opportunity to actively contribute to Sia Partners’ internal activities:

  • Development and reinforcement of our offer, by understanding and interpreting innovation and challenges in client knowledge, loyalty, sales, client experience and digital marketing.
  • Business development, by contributing to need definition and participating to our commercial initiatives


Qualifications

  • University Master Civil Engineering or Business Engineering
  • 2 to 5 years’ experience as consultant in the required domains
  • Knowledge in CRM applications, such as Salesforce
  • Outstanding team player and good communication skills
  • Strong interest in one of the mentioned sectors
  • Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions
  • Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed
  • Languages: Trilingual French, Dutch and English.
  • Prepared to participate in assignments abroad (especially in Paris)
