Sia Partners US office in Houston, Texas is expanding! We are currently searching for a Senior Consultant in Energy. The Senior Consultant will get a chance to grow a business and work in an entrepreneurial environment. This individual will have the opportunity to gain exposure and contribute to; business development, internal capability building, and client delivery. This individual will be contributing to all phases of the business process and project management consulting lifecycle.

This Senior Consultant must have at least 1-3 years of previous management consulting experience.

The Senior Consultant in Energy will be responsible for:

• Undertaking various client engagements and ensuring consistent delivery of superior client service; this includes leading and assuming responsibility for high quality programs, initiatives, deliverables while respecting established timeframes and budget. 
• Lead the planning and implementation of a project’s life cycle from start to finish.
•  Define project scope, manage the team’s performance of project tasks. Ensure the project is delivered within budget, on schedule and within the scopes parameter.
• Tracks progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines.
• Report on status and variances. Creates action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule.
• Ensure project goals and deliverables support business goals in collaboration with project team and senior management. 
• Communicate reports regarding project status, risk management, and escalated issues that cannot be resolved.
• Be the main point of contact for the client, and build strong relationships with the clients by being proactive and anticipating and assessing client needs.
• Develop new process or procedures for business areas.

• Must have at least 1-3 years of experience in management consulting in the energy space.
• Experience in Project Management creating and implementing business Processes, process
• Optimization, and operation Models.
•  Strong academic background in Business Acumen (e.g. Business, Economics, Philosophy
• Literature, Political Science and etc.). 
• Outstanding team player, autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and able to communicate complex ideas to all areas of the business.
• Flexibility, able to execute against tight deadlines, work with minimum supervision, exercise independent judgment and prioritize work.
