Sia Partners is looking for a proven Financial Services consultant who has a successful track record of Project Delivery to join our team.  This position will contribute to the overall success of the company ensuring goals, plans and initiatives are executed and delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Undertake various client engagements and ensure consistent delivery of superior client service; this includes leading and assuming responsibility for high quality deliverables while respecting established time-frames and budget.
• Lead the planning and implementation of a project's life cycle from start to finish.
• Track and communicate progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, and approved timelines.
• Participate in the delivery of financial service regulatory consulting projects including: Compliance, AML, KYC, Onboarding, Remediation, Quality Assurance, Risk, Regulatory, Sanctions, FCPA, FATCA, Capital Markets, Operations, Syndicate Loans, Data, Technology, Cyber Security, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Report on status and variances.
• Define project scope, and manage the team's performance of project tasks.

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or higher level of education  This individual should have a strong academic background (e.g. Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Political Science).
• 3-5 years of Management Consulting experience in Accounting or Finance, and knowledge of Compliance, Risk, Regulatory space and banking procedures.
• Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.  Additional knowledge of accounting/finance software a plus
• Experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst a plus.
• Outstanding team player, autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and able to communicate complex ideas to all areas of the business.
• Flexibility, able to execute against tight deadlines, work with minimum supervision, exercise independent judgment and prioritize work.
