Sia Partner’s in Houston, Texas is currently expanding our Sub Contracting team! We are currently searching for sub-contractors with 2- 6 years of Regulatory Reporting and Remediation experience in Financial Services for a 6-12 month project. This project will start as soon as possible. Ideally, this individual will have experience working in Accounting, must have strong regulatory reporting & remediation experience and knowledge of Fed Requirements (OCC/FCC).

About the Assignment:

• This sub-contractor will sit on the Finance team and report into the Director of Finance & Controller at Sia Partners banking clients in Houston, Texas.
• This individual must have Strong regulatory reporting & remediation experience and strong knowledge of Fed Requirements (OCC/FCC)
• Qualified Accountant is desired
• Experience providing training and coaching to the team on new activities / improvements
• Strong knowledge and experience implementing best practices / process reviews and improvements
• Regulatory reporting and ability to work on miscellaneous projects
• Term of Assignment/project: 6-12 months
• Location: Houston, Texas (We will not cover relocation or travel)

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher level of education
• Qualified Accountant is desired
• 2-6 years of experience in Regulatory Reporting – Knowledge of Federal Requirements
• Outstanding team player, autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and able to communicate complex ideas to all areas of the business
