Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Undertake various client engagements and ensure consistent delivery of superior client service; this includes leading and assuming responsibility for high quality deliverables while respecting established timeframes and budget.
  • This individual will join the Loan's practice at Sia Parnters. They will work with Global Banking Financial Institutions and their Operations and Technology teams to focus on integrating Misys Loan IQ with the Lending platform applications. The successful candidate will implement Loan IQ in the Firms environment and devise/test/configure/maintain/update the Loan IQ process. 
  • This individual will engage users to identify requirements and issues, and work closely with engineering teams to define optimal solutions

Qualifications

Key Pre-requisites:

  • 3 - 6 years of experience
  • Possess a technical background with Loans and the system Loan IQ.
  • Experience in software project implementation for Financial institutions (ideally in risk management or Compliance areas)
  • Good consulting and change background
  • Good project management skills, including time management, resource management, working well with various departments within the bank and possessing very good communications skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, logical and analytical skills.
  • Can conduct professional presentations and meetings in an efficient manner
  • Nice to have:
    • other risk management systems experience
    • programing experience
    • designations such as FRM, PRM, CFA, CPA
