Our team in Asia is primarily focused in the Financial Services sectors.

Due to our expansion in Asia, we are currently looking for a Senior Consultant to successfully lead and manage key client projects and accounts, particularly for projects in Risk Management and ALM.

As a Senior Consultant, you will help to build our expertise and guarantee the quality of delivery to ensure market-leading practices for our Hong Kong office, taking into account the global nature of our organisation and our clients.

Senior Consultant, Risk Management & ALM

This will involve:

• Participation in projects with leading banks and Financial Institutions.
  
• Being hands on and contributing to the successful execution of clients projects.
  
• End to end project management and stakeholder relationship management
  
• Ensuring hands on approach to growing the office with emphasis on high standard client delivery, content development and business development
  
• Working closely with our other offices and leverage our global network to take part to cross-selling initiatives and widely share our knowledge
  
• Sharing consulting best practices with the team.

Desired Skill sets:

• As a Senior Consultant or Manager, you will be delivering significant projects for our clients in Financial Services.
• You will be familiar with advising and assisting clients with Credit Risk, ALM Liquidity Risk and Basel III rules, IFRS9 among others
• Develop, scale and maintain key clients and other relationships that result in high value case work for Sia Partners – become the client’s “trusted business advisor”
• Maintain a keen sense of awareness of industry trends and competition in order to leverage services provided and to aggressively grow the practice
• Establish visibility with industry leaders through publication of thought leadership and “marketable” points of view
• Maintain a high level of motivation and morale, and evaluate performance by providing constructive and direct feedback
• Familiar with one or more Risk software tools in the market
  

Project Management:

• Ideally, someone who is able to lead and manage multiple projects in scope.
• Very strong Project Management experience and ability to manage complex projects
• Ability to manage and convince Senior Business Stakeholders
• Possess the ability to drive relevant business decisions, accelerate projects delivery and mitigate, deter and escalate risks and issues efficiently.

• Ideally 6 - 8 years of experience in Risk Management for Financial Services. 
• Consulting background is preferred.

• Strong intellectual and analytical curiosity - ability to develop and promote leading edge business solutions
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English
• Able to converse in both Mandarin and Cantonese Able to speak in both Mandarin and Cantonese, read and write Chinese
