Job Description
About the Role
We're looking for an Account Director who sees every client relationship as an opportunity to create long-term business value. This person leads a portfolio of accounts with a clear point of view, helping shape where each client's business can go and how our capabilities can accelerate that journey. You become a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, bringing ideas forward before they are requested, and helping clients navigate opportunities well beyond the boundaries of a single project or campaign.
Account Directors excel at discussing business strategy with executives, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional work, and identifying opportunities that deepen relationships and expand our impact.
Your Impact
Strategic account leadership: Develop a long-term vision for every account in your portfolio. Understand your clients' business, industry, competitive landscape and growth priorities, then align our teams around opportunities that create lasting value.
Business growth: Proactively identify opportunities to expand our partnerships across strategy, creative, media, customer experience, technology and analytics. Build compelling business cases that solve meaningful client challenges while driving sustainable agency growth.
Executive client partnership: Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and become a consistent source of strategic guidance. Help clients connect marketing investment to broader business outcomes and position our team as an extension of their leadership.
Integrated leadership: Lead complex, integrated digital engagements across disciplines including strategy, creative, media, CRM, customer experience, analytics and technology. Bring the right people together, align teams around shared objectives, and create an environment where exceptional work can thrive.
Commercial stewardship: Own the health of your portfolio with a strong understanding of account performance, financials, forecasting, staffing and delivery. Balance client success with sustainable agency operations while identifying both opportunities and potential risks early.
What Success Looks Like
Your clients view you as one of their most trusted advisors and involve you in business conversations before marketing initiatives are defined.
Your portfolio consistently grows through thoughtful strategic recommendations that create measurable value for clients and meaningful opportunities for the agency.
Clients experience seamless execution across every discipline, with proactive communication, strong partnerships and solutions that connect strategy, creativity, media and technology into one cohesive experience.
Commercial performance is strong across your portfolio, with healthy account financials, high client retention, sustainable growth and predictable delivery.
Cross functional teams are aligned around a shared vision, collaborate effectively, understand how their work contributes to client outcomes, and consistently deliver exceptional work.
The work we produce strengthens client relationships, builds our reputation in the market and contributes to the continued growth of both our clients and Sia Experience.
Qualifications
- 7-to-10+ years of client services experience within an integrated digital marketing, advertising or customer experience agency leading complex accounts across multiple disciplines.
Experience working in lean, fast moving agency environments where leaders are expected to balance strategic thinking with hands on ownership and confidently navigate ambiguity.

Strong understanding of integrated digital marketing including how strategy, creative, paid media, CRM, social, web, analytics, SEO and technology come together to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Confidence leading cross functional teams and partnering with stakeholders across strategy, creative, media, technology and analytics to deliver top quality work.
Financial acumen with experience managing account health, forecasting revenue, understanding profitability and consulting on resource planning.
Exceptional communication, organization, and executive presence with the ability to build trusted relationships and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
