Your role
As a Senior Process Optimization Consultant, you play a key role in developing and implementing business processes that perfectly align with our clients' strategic goals. You lead complex projects from start to finish and ensure that your clients not only receive an advisory report but also see concrete results. You understand both the business and the technology, and know how to bring these two together in solutions that add real value.

You will become the driving force behind multidisciplinary teams, where you are responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes. You work closely with clients and internal teams, guiding projects from requirements analysis through to implementation and monitoring of results.

Furthermore, you will:

  • Apply our GRIPP methodology to efficiently specify, analyze, design, and implement business processes.
  • Independently lead projects and initiatives, providing substantive direction to teams of professionals.
  • Translate complex structures into understandable working methods and ensure smooth collaboration within projects.
  • Prepare product breakdowns for large-scale, long-term projects with significant budgets (3 to 50 million euros).
  • Model business processes using BPMN tools and perform simulations and analyses for process optimization. Advising clients on best practices in process design and digital transformation.
  • Providing training and support to users to ensure that newly designed business processes are effectively implemented.

Qualifications

You are analytically strong and results-oriented, and you know how to improve business processes with an eye for both operational details and strategic goals. You have a talent for collaboration and communicate clearly at all levels within an organization. Furthermore, you are someone who:

  • Enjoys working in teams and contributing to strong collaboration between colleagues and clients.
  • Can effectively switch between different levels within organizations, from operational teams to C-level management.
  • Analyzes problems by breaking them down into manageable components and investigates dependencies to arrive at the best solution.
  • Has excellent experience in stakeholder management within complex organizations.
  • Is driven to learn and grow, with a positive attitude that motivates others.

What you bring

  • WO working and thinking level.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in process optimization and process design, with both business and technical expertise.
  • In-depth knowledge of business processes and experience with large IT projects in complex environments. Experience with process modeling tools such as BPMN, and with tools like Adonis, Aris, or similar Enterprise Architecture tools.
  • Knowledge of business architectures and IT systems within sectors such as Telecom is a plus.
  • Experience with advanced Business Process Management tools such as process mining or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a plus.
  • Fluent Dutch and English communication and presentation skills are mandatory. If you speak German, that's a plus!
