Your role
As a Senior Consultant in Life Sciences, you'll play a key role in developing solutions that perfectly align with our clients' strategic goals. From process analysis to implementation, you'll be in the lead. You'll work with multidisciplinary and international teams on projects that have a social impact, building bridges between business and IT. You'll do this by listening carefully and sensing when to take the lead and when to step back. 

This is what you'll do

  • Analyse, design, and implement processes using our GRIPP methodology.
  • Independently lead complex projects and manage multidisciplinary teams.
  • Model and optimize business processes using BPMN tools.
  • Draw up product breakdowns for large-scale, long-term projects with significant budgets (3 to 50 million euros).
  • Advising clients on digital transformation and best practices.
  • Providing training and coaching teams to successfully implement new processes.

 

Qualifications

This is you

You are curious, analytically strong, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented. You know how to improve business processes with an eye for both operational details and strategic goals. You have a talent for collaboration and communicate clearly at all levels within an organisation. Furthermore, you are:

  • A team player who encourages collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Able to switch between operational details and strategic goals.
  • Strong in stakeholder management at all levels, from operational to C-level.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented, with a keen eye for detail and interdependencies.
  • Positive, eager to learn, and able to motivate others.

What you bring to the table

  • BSc or MSc work and thinking level.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in process optimization and digital transformation.
  • Proficiency in process modeling (BPMN) and experience with tools such as Adonis or Aris.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt is a plus).
  • Experience in Life Sciences and systems such as MES, ERP, LIMS, or QMS is preferred.
  • Excellent command of Dutch (fluent) and English.
