The Shyft Marketing team is looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Manager who will set the pace for Shyft’s digital marketing strategy in a fast-moving, startup environment. He/she will bring their expertise in the B2B marketing space and lead the charge in our digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be able to integrate quickly with the team, start contributing from day one and be willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. This role is pivotal to the success of Shyft’s growth strategy and this individual will be given a large scope of responsibilities and high degree of project ownership and autonomy.
Manage the team’s paid search and SEO strategy
Increase content discoverability and distribution
Analyze campaign results and report out to management on a regular cadence
Social media strategy and execution; Manage organic and sponsored posts.
Collaborate on projects with Sales and Design Teams
Increase traffic to Shyft’s website
Generate high-value leads for Shyft’s Sales Team
Provide strategic recommendations as it relates to digital marketing
3-5 years of digital marketing, preferably in the technology/SaaS space
B2B sales process knowledge
Experience with Google AdWords, Facebook business pages, Hootsuite and other digital tools
Social marketing management
Content distribution i.e. the promotion of white papers, webinars etc.
Execution of LinkedIn campaigns
Demonstrated growth in responsibilities over time
Ability to analyze data and draw out compelling insights
Mixpanel and Marketo (preferred)
Nice to have
Positive attitude and collaborative approach
Willingness to roll up sleeves and pitch-in, regardless of the project scope. No job is too big or too small!
