Job Description

The Shyft Marketing team is looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Manager who will set the pace for Shyft’s digital marketing strategy in a fast-moving, startup environment.  He/she will bring their expertise in the space and lead the charge in our digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be able to integrate quickly with the team, start contributing from day one and be willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.  This role is pivotal to the success of Shyft’s growth strategy and this individual will be given a large scope of responsibilities and high degree of project ownership and autonomy.

Required Experience:

  • 5-7 years of digital marketing, preferably in the technology/SaaS space

  • B2B sales process knowledge

  • Experience with SEO, AdWords, and social channels

  • ASO expertise: both in the App Store and Google Play

  • Apple Search Ads and UAC campaign management

  • Experience with Google AdWords, Facebook business pages, Hootsuite and other digital tools

  • Demonstrated growth in responsibilities over time

  • Ability to analyze data and draw out compelling insights

Qualifications

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the team’s paid search and SEO strategy; looking for increased opportunities for content discoverability

  • Analyze campaign results and report out to management on a regular cadence

  • Partner with design and other stakeholders on the company’s social strategy.  Manage organic and sponsored posts.

  • SEO management

  • Provide strategic recommendations as it relates to digital marketing

  • Competitive research
