Job Description

You will play a key role in delivering new products, initiatives, and solutions for our business. You have experience with the software product lifecycle, a deep knowledge of agile methodologies and the ability to build strong internal cross-functional partnerships with our engineering, success, marketing, and operations team.

You know how to manage competing resources and priorities, understand how to navigate through ambiguous situations, and have the ability to hit the ground running. Ideally, you should be solutions-oriented, able to identify and mitigate risks, recognize dependencies and solve problems. In particular, you have the drive to deliver successful projects/initiatives and know how to get stuff done.


Responsibilities

  • Work with the VP of Product to manage and deliver medium to large scale software integration/implementation projects.

  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to align project goals and resolve issues.

  • Create project roadmap & plans, track progress, enforce timeline and provide regular status updates to all relevant parties.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve communication issues, prioritize tasks and ensure optimal team performance.

  • Proactively identify potential risks and bottleneck, create and execute contingency plans if necessary to ensure project delivery.

  • Balance business needs with technical constraints and creates alternative solutions to address problems.

  • Assess business impact, prioritize initiatives and quickly react to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

 

  • 3+ years software project management experience on a software development team

  • Consistent track record of delivery software projects with wide customer impact

  • Experience with agile software development methodologies and productivity tools

  • Aptitude to create functional specs, project and/or release plans and roadmaps

  • Effective time management skills and incredible attention to detail

  • Highly analytical, logical, and have great problem solving skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse personality types and interact professionally with all levels of staff
