 Holds a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with minimum 10 years of complex Java project

development / design / architecture experience

 Ability to lead an end-to- end migration/modernization/reengineering project technically

 This person will be responsible for producing deliverables that may include the Conceptual

Architecture Document, Solution Segmentation Document, Solution Level Design, Interface

Specification documentation, and High Level Design, in line with project deliverable dates.

 Experience of application/platform migration from Legacy to Web (Java/J2EE/Oracle/HTML/CSS)

will be a big PLUS

 Experience with the following technologies -  Java/J2EE stack, Spring, Struts, Hibernate, HTML5,

CSS3, XML, AngularJS, Oracle 12 Database, Informatica (MUST HAVE);

 Experienced in executing Structured Requirement Analysis and maintaining a Requirement

Traceability Matrix

 Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills, client presentation skills

 Coaching and mentoring of junior development resources

 Ensuring quality and completeness of detailed technical specifications, solution designs, and

code reviews as well as adherence to the non-functional requirements.

 Acting as a point of contact for technical issues for all the team members

 Providing oversight to ensure the proper application of design patterns, frameworks, and services

to improve consistency and reduce complexity.

 Ensuring that technical documentation and technical artifacts are accurately prepared,

maintained, and cataloged.

 Identifying opportunities to reuse strategic components and reduce over-customization.

 Constructing a technical specification document and component-level design that is re-usable,

efficient, and enables the stated business goals

 Experience following an established release management protocol

 Experience collaborating with Project Managers, Lead Business Analysts, and client stakeholders

Languages:Java, JavaScript, HTML, XML, XSLT, CSS, SQL, AngularJS (all MUST)
