•TIBCO Business Works 5.X, Tibco EMS, TIBCO Designer, TIBCO Administrator.

•In-depth understanding and experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Micro-Services based solutions

•Experience in IT and TIBCO toolset with Web services/Micro services knowledge

•Good knowledge of SOA concepts, WSDL, schemas, REST services

•Good knowledge of TIBCO product stack

•Expertise in Java, JMS, SOAP, REST, JSON, SQL, XML, XSD, XPATH.

•Good communication and Presentation skills

•Experience with full project life cycle, requirement analysis, design, development, test, and support

•Hands on experience developing complex services/solutions based on Enterprise Integration Patterns and Coding best practices

•Proactive and able to catch issues before failures

•Experience with common enterprise security protocols

•Possess a strong work ethic; takes pride in producing a quality product and a strong team player

•Good in writing SQL queries using SQL Server or Oracle

•working in an Agile/Iterative development life cycle environment.

Performs and/or leads the technical design and development of complex web services application systems using existing and emerging technology platforms.

•May participate in some application architecture functions.

•Estimates and defines time tables and project tasks; analyzes and estimates cost and time. Leads change impact analysis

•Creates and may review unit and test plans. Identifies opportunities to improve testing process.

•Performs and/or leads design, coding, testing, implementation, and documentation of solution.

•Develops basic and detailed program specifications.

•Ensures that expected application performance levels are achieved.

•Designs, codes, tests, debugs, documents, maintains, and modifies computer programs of high complexity, significance, and risk.

•Leads technical staff and clients to investigate, analyze, and resolve complex technical problems. Identifies and manages interfaces, service levels, standards, and configurations.

•Conducts analysis of organizational needs for the development and implementation of application systems.

•Monitors operating efficiency of existing application systems.

•Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and recommends technical solutions.

•Demonstrates good understanding of the business needs driving the projects.
