The Role

We, at SVF, are looking to onboard an enthusiastic and potential team member for maintaining the Youtube (YT) platforms across all channels and ensuring seamless operation and fulfillment of targets as defined.

Responsibilities

• YT Hygiene Check for all channels of SVF Universe – SVF Social/SVF Music/SVF Devotional/SVF Stories/SVF Television/SVF Bharat/SVF Movies/SVF Shorts/Sangeet Bangla
• Manage Thumbnails, Meta Data, Home Page Updates, and playlist creation
• Independently strategize the programming to facilitate channel growth(subscribers, views, etc) and handle monetization of the channels
• Copyright Claims Handling for Movies or Songs
• Manage Content ID claims, Takedowns, Disputes, Fingerprinting
• Manage Content Publishing & Optimization for all channels
• Focus on video optimization for the live trailers, teasers, songs, episodes, etc. using accurate optimization tools
• Monitor analytics for YT & other social media platforms like Facebook and maintain required reports
• Track the performance of channels, and videos in terms of views, revenue, and other parameters to ensure defined targets are achieved.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in managing YT channels. Must have knowledge of monetization, claims, and take down
• YT Certification is a must
• Knowledge of content optimization tools– SEO, SEM & SMM
• Preferably can read and write in Bengali and English
• Multitasker & Team player

This role will be based in Kolkata.
