Job Description


  • Understand and believe in the 'Customer First' principle, and are committed to consistently delivering high-quality Customer Support.
  • You are flexible and enjoy working in a fast-paced 24/7 work environment.
  • Passionate about Bengali movies, music and online entertainment is highly desirable.
  • Customer Support experience at a KPO / BPO / Helpdesk would be an advantage.





  • At least 6 months  experience in Customer Service. (Technical Helpdesk; WebChat, Email & Call Handling).
  • Proficient in Bangla MUST.
