Within the strong international ambition for the next few years, Showroomprive is looking for a Country Marketing and Development Manager for Portuguese market. Real pivot in the international development strategy of the company, the Country Marketing and Development Manager will be in charge of growing Showroomprive.pt business, developing sales and operations already in place and building a local marketing strategy from the ground up.

Reporting to the CMO based in Paris and in strict coordination with the International Development Manager based in Milan, your mission is to build the development plan for your country and to drive it leveraging on headquarter teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, IT) for technical and operational support.

Therefore is required to be based in Portugal but to be available to travel once per month in one of the offices of the group (Milan / Paris / Madrid).

Focusing on developing turnover and profitability in Portugal, your main missions will be:

  • Participate in defining the business plan for your market in terms of revenues and profitability
  • Define and drive a complete strategy to reach the plan, across all levers (Marketing, Sales, Operations)
  • Report weekly on action plan and results vs business plan
  • Drive local marketing actions: based on central strategy, define and deploy the marketing development strategy relevant for your market. More precisely in terms of Branding, CRM, Commercial Animation, Acquisition & Traffic, Social Media & Influence
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to have the most relevant local offer and customer services (transport, payment, after sales customer service…) to develop your activity
  • Ensure ongoing competitive intelligence to identify risks and opportunities to act upon
  • Ensure ongoing communication and reporting to the headquarter
  • Handle the recruitment of a team of experts when business growth allows

This role of Country Marketing and Development Manager is key in Showroomprive’s development strategy over the next few years, you will need to prove excellent organization, extreme attention to details, and a super strong analysis capacity, but also great human skills and an overall natural business sense.

 

Qualifications

You have a Master’s degree in Business Strategy or Marketing

You have a minimum of 7 years experience driving marketing and business growth of an e-retailer or a company with similar dynamic

You have a great knowledge and understanding of your market and its dynamic

You have strong collaboration skills and experience

You can anticipate, analyse, planify, recommend and develop an approved strategy

You have a strong analytical mind, and are fluent in Data Analysis

You are familiar with performance management & analysis tools such as SalesForce or Google Analytics

Natural leader, you use your soft power to get teams to work with you to achieve the goals you set

You are able to build a strong relationship with your management and be proactive in ongoing reporting

Even if Marketing is your specialty, you have a very strong business and commercial sense.

You are fluent in English to coordinate with central teams. French is a plus
