The incumbent will be mostly be responsible for generating business for his assigned portfolio and monitor other supporting activities associated with it. He/she should be able to lead a team and drive their performance. A growth driver and data driven decision maker.

Job Description

  • Achieve monthly set targets like number of new clients, disbursement amount, revenue, collection, reduce overdue
  • Ensuring daily end to end daily operations by leading a sales and monitoring team
  • Ensure continuous after sales service and maintain high level customer experience for retaining clients.
  • Ability to analyze and assess a client in different aspects such as financial risk, Business related risk, Market risk, credit worthiness, Bank statement, and other business document
  • Taking necessary steps to ensure smooth collection, recovery and payment of set operations and portfolio.
  • Work closely with the stakeholder to facilitate approval of credit proposals, and complete full process work smoothly.
  • Prepare MIS reports on Daily/Weekly/Monthly
  • Handle escalations from Business Area, resolve queries and support team to handle internal customer queries and Internal process issues effectively.
  • Prepare merchant reconciliation, monitoring merchant daily status take appropriate action to resolve any issue.
  • Maintain appropriate files, reports, documentation and data as per SOP.
  • Maintain regular contact with internal and external stockholders.
  • Conducting market research, analyzing competitors, presenting and developing ideas, and creating strategic business plans for new financial products.
  • Brainstorm and recommend new and creative growth strategies.
  • Coordinate with team members to solve any issues faced by other stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a growth-oriented organization for 4 to 5 years
  • Working experience in any Financial Organization with SME business will highly preferred  
  • Experience in data analysis and data driven decision making will be preferred
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any reputed University
  • Fluent in speaking and writing in both Bangla & English is a must
  • Expertise in MS. Excel and other MS. Office is a must
