Job Description

  • Lead with structured approach for the requirements of Finance and Finance relevant processes to transform the organization as process-driven company.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team to identify the business-critical processes. Document those processes.
  • Map all identified Finance processes with company Value Chain to set Ownership and accountability.
  • Assess As-Is Finance processes with benchmarks to identify improvement and simplification opportunities.
  • Design, drive & develop Business Requirement Specification (BRS) for automation and work as a bridge between development team and business to develop to implement the automation as per requirements.
  • Ensure system implementation, communication & training of all relevant parties.
  • Lead & drive projects for system & solutions implementation as part of project management.
  • Map & help Finance process owners to ensure processes are being practiced in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
  • Ensure process risk identifications & proper controls are in place.
  • Support training efforts, provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Management all external & internal stakeholders to ensure project implementation targets.
  • Ensure segregation of duties (SoD) through proper Authority Matrix implementation.
  • Establish Internal Control Over Financial Reporting (ICFR)

Qualifications

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Process Management/Continuous Improvement/Change Management
     

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor/Masters in Business Administration from any UGC approved university.
  • Training and/or certification in Lean/Six Sigma will add value.
