ShopUp is currently looking for KAM/Business Development Experience and a marketing mind to join the growing Reseller team as Business Development Manager who has expertise in sellers acquisition, sellers retention, and business forecasting.
- Understand business needs from the demand side, and look for the right L0 and L1 suppliers/importers/wholesalers
- Run proper market researches, and onboard potential sellers
- Grow sales portfolio monthly 5X, providing proper training, identify their problems and offer proper solutions.
- Visit sellers and build a proper business relationship, maintain platinum sellers portfolio
- Continuous supervision and monitoring of the market to get the best pricing and stock availability
- Maintain liaison with the sellers to ensure right time pick-ups, manage stockout issue immediately and look for alternative sources
- Understand sellers' potential, sit with the demand team to plan and define sales forecast from the sellers, help demand team execute proper campaigns by getting good deals from the sellers
- Manage the team (brand associates) to bring the best results. Monitor KPIs, take ownership, make important informed decisions, solve the problems of the team
- BBA/MBA (Marketing) from any reputed university.
- Previous working experience as KAM/Business Development Manager for 3-5 years.
