Job Context

Supply Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing BU’s overall supply chain and logistics 
strategy and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity. In addition, 
they play a crucial role in scouting, onboarding, developing and maintaining good relationships with 
vendors and distributors.
 
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Supply Lead to join our team. As a Supply Lead, 
you will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring our overall supply chain strategy 
and in order to maximize efficiency and productivity. It is important for the individual to be able 
to scout, train, onboard, develop and manage relevant suppliers who can be potential assets to the truly digital business operations.

• Plan and implement the overall supply strategy
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams
• Determine key supply KPIs
• Suggest solutions for process improvements
• Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
• Scout and expand the supplier database
• Train and evaluate vendors to work under true digital marketplace operations
• Provide constructive feedback
• Work with finance, product, sales, and fulfillment team to determine best vendors and customer experience
• Build and maintain good relationships with vendors

Educational Qualification

• BA/BE/B.Tech in relevant field

Experience Requirments

• Previous working experience as a Supply Chain Manager for 4-5 years
• Hands-on experience with supply chain management software (such as SAP MM, AP Modules, SAP Plant Maintenance, etc.)
