Job Description

  • Responsible for providing support and coordination on various projects and activities related to the Performance Management process
  • Assist with reviewing, monitoring and analyzing performance measurement data and reporting them accordingly
  • Contributing to the development and delivery of performance management  training manuals, policies and procedures
  • Organizing and conducting performance management programs and seminars
  • Assist with the employee-survey program and keeping records of the action plan
  • Measuring employee performance and suggest nominations for the monthly  employee recognition program
  • Ensuring JD & KPI for the new joiners and providing a brief on the onboarding session

Qualifications

Business Graduate from any reputed University
