Jr. Executive/ Executive - IT

ShopUp is Bangladesh's leading full-stack B2B platform for small businesses. We provide easy access to B2B sourcing, last-mile logistics, digital credit, and business management solutions to Small Businesses. We currently have over 500k MSMEs on our platform.

• Troubleshooting Wi-Fi, LAN, and WAN problems
• PC/Printer/Network Device Troubleshooting
• Installing and Update Antivirus, Operating systems (Windows 7, Windows 10, MAC) & configuring outlook
• Work on the access control device, IP Camera, surveillance system
• Monitoring the performance of software and hardware
• Ensure the smooth deployment of new application
• Assist to manage and administrate all users system
• Prepare and maintain IT-related documents
• Train staff with the potential use of existing technology
• Maintain effective communication with vendors, peers and clients in support of assigned projects and tasks

•  B.Sc. In Engineering EEE/CSE/IT/EECE/EETE
• Knowledge in computer hardware/software, LAN printer setup
