Job Description:

  • Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Following communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions 
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Qualifications

  • Experience of at least 3-6 months in Call Center/Customer Service
  • Experience in E-commerce industry will get preference
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Ability to take and handle stress and pressure
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

 

Additional Information

Salary & Benefits

  • 5 working days per week, 9 hours a day. 
  • Salary per hour 64 Taka. 
  • Commission on performance (Per hour 16)
  • Partially subsidized lunch
