ShopUp is a super-platform for micro-entrepreneurs. We have more than 300k micro-merchants. ShopUp helps small merchants through financing, advertising, and product sourcing. It is changing how finance and commerce work in emerging markets like Bangladesh.
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Following communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Experience of at least 3-6 months in Call Center/Customer Service
- Experience in E-commerce industry will get preference
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Ability to take and handle stress and pressure
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Salary & Benefits
- 5 working days per week, 9 hours a day.
- Salary per hour 64 Taka.
- Commission on performance (Per hour 16)
- Partially subsidized lunch
