Nursery room Leader, permanent role in Taplow, in the Toddler's room. The deal candidate will have a Minimum of Level 3 early Years Qualification and at least 1 year experience working in a Nursery as at least a Nursery Nurse caring for children aged 0 - 5 years old.

Previous experience as a Nursery Room Leader, Room Manager or Senior Nursery nurse would be an advantage but not necessary. If you are currently looking to step into a Senior Nursery role, then please apply as there will be full training and support to get you up to speed!!

This nursery has a capacity for about 80 children and the role is for full time working 40 hours a week.

Room Leader Skills/Qualifications:

• Level 3 (or above) full and relevant Childcare Qualification
• Minimum 2 years’ post qualification
• Relevant childcare qualifications in accordance with OFSTED guidelines
• Thorough understanding and knowledge of legislation including EYFS
• Empathetic, caring and friendly
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude
• Patient
• Proven supervisory and coaching experience
