Job Description
About the role
We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to define how we bring products to market, sharpen our positioning and help turn strategy into commercial impact. Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, you will work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer teams to shape messaging, influence roadmap direction, launch products effectively, and equip the business to win. This is a high-impact role for someone who can operate at both strategic and execution level.

Key Responsibilities:
Own product positioning and messaging for key products, solutions, and target segments
Lead go-to market strategy and execution for launches and strategic initiatives
Drive market, customer and competitor insight to strengthen differentiation, inform strategy, and influence product direction
Build compelling value propositions that resonate with different buyers, users and audiences
Create sales enablement that helps commercial teams tell a sharper story and win more effectively
Define our ICP, target audiences, buyer personas, and segmentation to improve go-to-market focus and commercial effectiveness
Lead the development of high-quality product marketing assets, including messaging frameworks, pitch decks, launch materials, and presentations
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Revenue, and Marketing to align teams around clear priorities, messaging and go-to-market plans
Qualifications
Significant experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing, ideally in enterprise software
Proven ability to develop sharp positioning, messaging and value propositions that clearly differentiate products in the market
Strong experience defining ICPs, target audiences, segmentation, and buyer understanding to improve commercial focus
Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex products and markets into clear, compelling narratives and powerful content
Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, execution focused approach
Analytical and insight-driven with the ability to use data and customer insight to shape strategy and influence decision-making
Strong commercial instinct and a clear understanding of what drives revenue impact
You are proactive, organized, and comfortable operating in the pace and ambiguity of scale-up environment
Professional fluency in English
