Job Description
Are you passionate about bridging the gap between technical innovation and operational excellence? As an integration project manager at Shippeo, you’ll play a pivotal role in our mission to revolutionize global supply chain visibility. Join our dynamic operations team and take ownership of developing seamless, scalable, and high-quality integrations that empower our customers and partners worldwide.
At Shippeo, integration is a strategic cornerstone of our success. You’ll collaborate daily with developers, product managers, and business teams, driving solutions that connect transport systems, streamline processes, and deliver exceptional results.
What you’ll do
As a key player in the integration team, you will:
Lead and coordinate: Manage multiple integration projects with carriers, partners, and customers across the globe, ensuring seamless collaboration with their IT departments, ERPs, or TMS systems
Design cutting-edge solutions: Architect robust technical interfaces to connect carriers, partners, and customers, working closely with our skilled development team to implement them
Drive excellence: Continuously enhance processes to improve the quality, speed, and automation of technical integrations
Document and support: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and provide ongoing support materials for internal teams
Monitor and optimize: Track live integrations using KPIs and dashboards to ensure top-notch performance
Be the expert: Act as the go-to technical authority, guaranteeing the success of our customers by solving challenges and proposing innovative solutions
Qualifications
What we’re looking for
We’re seeking a proactive problem solver with a passion for technology and collaboration. Our ideal candidate will have:
Educational background: A degree in engineering or a related technical field, with at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role
Language skills: Fluency in English and French is a must; proficiency in any other European language is a plus (i.e Dutch).
Tech savviness: A solid understanding of IT systems and data integration tools (ETL processes, API integration). Bonus points if you have hands-on development experience!
Soft skills: Exceptional ability to take initiative, build consensus, and collaborate across business and technical teams
Personal traits: You’re dynamic, optimistic, and autonomous, with a knack for structure, attention to detail, and problem-solving
