Job Description
Are you passionate about creating seamless processes, clear documentation, and impactful training in a fast-paced SaaS environment? Join our Operations Excellence team and play a pivotal role in shaping how we deliver value to our users and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Process & Product Documentation (40%)
Collaborate with Product Managers, Customer Success, and Support teams to develop and maintain internal and external documentation.
Organize and centralize information in our internal Wiki and Help Center, ensuring clear and regular updates to end users.
Identify and address gaps in documentation, ensuring all content is consistent, polished, and up-to-date.
Training Program Development (40%)
Create and execute engaging training programs for internal teams, customers, and partners.
Develop materials like e-learning courses, workshops, and certifications in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Track and improve training adoption and effectiveness through performance metrics and feedback.
Project Management & Product Education (20%)
Manage product releases and feature rollouts, coordinating cross-team efforts to meet deadlines.
Develop clear communication plans to keep internal teams and end users informed about updates.
Continuously refine project workflows and collaboration processes.
Qualifications

An exceptional communicator who excels at writing, teaching, and simplifying complex concepts.
Detail-oriented and driven to ensure all documentation is polished and consistent.
Skilled in project management, comfortable juggling multiple tasks and aligning cross-functional teams.
Adaptable and eager to learn new tools and processes in a dynamic SaaS environment
