Job Description
We are looking for an innovative and self-motivated Sales Enablement Manager to join our Sales Operations team. In this role, you will play a key part in empowering our sales teams and driving the company’s growth through impactful onboarding, continuous training, and sales process optimization.
Responsibilities
- Accelerate Sales Onboarding: Develop and manage comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new sales team members are quickly integrated and effective.
- Ongoing Training: Design and implement continuous training programs to improve the sales team’s effectiveness, aligning with product strategy and new feature launches.
- Sales Methodology & Tools Adoption: Ensure mastery of Shippeo’s sales methodologies and effective adoption of sales tools across the team.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Utilize feedback and data from sales leadership to identify training gaps and opportunities for improvement in enablement programs.
- Collaborative Training Design: Partner with internal experts, sales coaches, and external providers to develop high-impact training that covers both technical and soft skills.
- Product Knowledge Coordination: Work closely with product management and product marketing teams to coordinate product training.
- Content Management: Create, maintain, and improve sales documentation and enablement content that supports processes, methodologies, and tool usage.
- Communication & Readiness: Orchestrate internal communications to ensure the sales team is informed, prepared, and engaged.
- Own Enablement Platforms: Manage and optimize sales content platforms and enablement tools for the best user experience.
- Evaluate and Iterate: Assess the success of enablement programs through key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements as needed.
Qualifications
Required experiences
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Sales, Sales Enablement or Sales Operations position
- 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Consulting, Human Capital or a Sales related role
- Proven ability to create and manage high-quality training content
- Experience in the SaaS or technology industry
- Familiarity with B2B software sales methodologies
- Experience with sales tools (CRM, sales automation); Salesforce experience is a plus
Target skills
- Strong project management capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in training facilitation and management
- Fluent in English (additional languages such as German, Dutch, or French are a plus)
