Job Description

Reporting to the Head of support and knowledge management and part of a team of 4 other solution engineers, your main duties will be: 

  • Deliver a world-class solution engineering support following our international growth and expansion accordingly to our SLAs

  • Own incident communication during outages/incidents, providing our internal teams and external partners with info that we’re getting first-hand from our tech teams

  • Work with 3rd parties on solving any connectivity issues between information systems that shippeo connects with 

  • Improve current processes and develop new ones with other departments (Tech/product/integration and ops) to increase efficiency and reactivity

  • Contribute to our documentation and knowledge initiatives for a variety of technologies

Qualifications

You are our next Shippian if you: 

  • Extensive experience working with APIs and databases 

  • A 1 to 3 years experience as Support N2/ Solution Engineer in a SaaS provider organisation

  • Amazing communication skills and comfortable on interacting with tech/product, CSM teams and customers

  • Fluency in English is mandatory for this role & another European language is a plus

  • You already worked in a global scale and a 24/7 support environment
