As Shippeo grows and scales, we will be needing someone to help us connect with those people and select them to join us. We are looking for top tier Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage our hiring funnels from source to close and aligning closely with key hiring managers within Shippeo’s growing organisation.

We want to build a recruitment team that thinks strategically along with our hiring managers, working out the profile of the ideal candidate, and ensure we run a tight process to hire only the best and brightest. We need someone who is self-driven and consultative, who wants to help build one of Europe’s fastest-growing scale-ups.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you would be responsible for: 

• Managing and owning the full recruitment process of candidates in the Business domain
• Setting and upholding a world-class hiring process with a clear focus on candidate experience
• Supporting hiring managers with identifying their hiring needs and building a consultative relationship with them
• Participating in team projects (employer brand, university partnerships, meetups, events, recruitment data, etc.)
• Managing our pipelines of applicants and ATS administration (Smart Recruiters)
