Job Description

We are creating a new HR Operations department in our HR team ! We are looking for a great contributor that puts employees’ satisfaction first and thrives on making sure our processes and payroll are running smoothly.

As a HR Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for handling all aspects of payroll and administrative operations in your scope (200 + employees) in an international scope (outsourced payroll). 

You will work closely with the HR team, the Talent Acquisition team and the Finance team. 

You will report directly to the CFO. 

You will manage a team of enthusiastic HR Operations managers.

YOUR MISSIONS:

HR Operations:

  • Manage all legal documentation: contracts, amendments and end of contract documents
  • Ensure the data quality in our HRIS meets the highest standards, according to legal requirements on our differents countries 
  • Own and share HR process for the Shippians & managers
  • Build the legal framework to support the growth
  • Build and manage a team of enthusiastic HR Operations Managers

Payroll Management:

  • Oversee all aspects of the payroll process for your scope and ensure the highest standards are applied in terms of accuracy and time processing in coordination with our payroll agencies
  • Ensure that employees are assisted in a timely manner 
  • Manage offboardings 
  • Monitor legal requirements
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation and reports to facilitate audits 

Qualifications

  • You have a solid experience (3+ years) in a Payroll and HR operations function in an international environment and are able to solve all payroll specific situations
  • You are fluent in French & English
  • You are a great communicator (verbally & in writing) with an employee-centric approach: you've always delivered a strong support to managers and employees
  • You are very organized and able to manage multiple subjects at the same time in total autonomy
