Reporting to Alexandra Rico, our marketing operations manager, you will:

👑 play a key role in assisting the marketing team in executing and monitoring a variety of programs and campaigns in order to create awareness of our company and solutions, generate leads, and establish Shippeo as the leader in Transportation Real-time visibility in Europe & US.

📈 have the opportunity to develop your project management skills and attention to detail, while helping Shippeo influence and fully engage with our target buyers – supply chain, logistics, transportation management, and IT decision-makers at mid-sized and large enterprises in Europe & US.

🔥Some of your responsibilities will include :  

• Assisting the Marketing Ops manager in the maintenance of the database health in Hubspot
• Collaborating with Field Marketers on the data treatment after events and webinars.
• Working with the sales ops team to improve the sync between teams
• Helping improve the way we present our reporting to the team
• Creation of Landing pages
• Exploring different areas within the Marketing team and pursue further missions in the field of his/her liking. (Paid ads, Events, copywriting)

🏆 You are our next Shippian if you:

• Have a bachelor’s or Master's degree, with a specialization in Marketing 
• Have good writing skills and strong attention to detail-
• Have a good knowledge of spreadsheets use as Excel and or google sheet-
• Are fluent in English, (French or German are a plus)
• Are self-starter with a hunger to quickly learn and implement marketing campaigns.
• Have excellent ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
