Job Description

 Reporting to Benjamin Guyot, our Carrier Account Manager, you will:

👑 play a key role in onboarding carriers to the platform by :

  • Presenting the solution
  • Convince decision-makers to implement it
  • Lead the technical integrations

📈 have the opportunity to develop your project management skills by :

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key carriers accounts
  • Define individualized technical solutions with carriers
  • Monitor the delivery of integrations as planned and designed

🔥have the chance to meet management teams and develop a deep understanding of their operations and technical structures.

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Lead technical specifications and monitor the delivery of integrations as planned and designed
  • Maintain regular contact with your carriers accounts to ensure compliance with customers projects and build use-cases that shade light on the benefits Shippeo brought to your carriers organization
  • Work closely with the rest of the Operations team to execute all carrier onboarding-related activities
  • Maintain CRM and reporting tools up-to-date

 

Qualifications

🏆 You are our next Shippian if

  • You are in your Bachelor or Master from an Engineering o/ Business School
  • First experience working in Project Management, Operations or Startup environment is a strong advantage
  • Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently, proactively step up and propose improvements
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Full professional proficiency in French and English
  • You are motivated to work in a growing start-up environment
