We are looking for an ambitious and language-savvy Technical writer either based in our offices or remotely in France, Sweden, Rotterdam, Germany or Italy.
As a passionate Technical writer, your main task is to manage and respond to incoming tenders (RFI, RFP, RFQ, Security questionnaires etc) from our prospects, customers or partners.

• You will be acting as the primary writer for all RFx responses and proactive proposals.
• You will be in charge of monitoring and enforcing deadlines and deliverables from other stakeholders in the proposal process
• You will be utilizing and maintaining our knowledge database.
• Together with the European team, you will also support international projects.

• Experience in managing RFx responses
• Excellent written communication skills
• Full professional proficiency in English, French, German
• Other languages are a plus.
• Experience in Supply chain or Logistics is a plus
• Technical background and understanding of of Software products, preferably SaaS products
• Passionate advocate and practitioner of content management principles, able to persuade subject experts to maintain information
• Curiosity, research skills and customer empathy
• Writing with brevity, impact, sincerity, intent and warmth
• Ability to tailor messaging for specific people, personas, purposes and markets
• Ability to distil concepts into graphics and/or themes
• A genuine care for customer success and the role we each play
