Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Pre-sales consultant either based in our offices or remotely in France, Sweden, Rotterdam, Germany or Italy.

As a passionate Solution Consultant, your main task is to acquire medium and large to very large accounts in the Northern Europe region as new customers in close collaboration with the sales team.

  • You are significantly involved in complex sales processes, in close collaboration with the senior sales managers.
  • You are the internal interface during the sales process and always keep an eye on the status quo.
  • You carry out product demos for potential customers and are the first point of contact for technical queries.
  • You analyze customer needs - technically and far beyond - and derive proof-of-concept projects.
  • You control the proof-of-concept projects independently and are the first point of contact for customers in this phase.
  • You will analyze the results of the proof-of-concept projects and derive recommendations for further action.
  • You forecast and manage your activities and your tasks very independently in order to achieve the common goals in the long term.
  • Together with the European team, you will also support international projects.


You are our next Shippian if:

  • 4 years of experience in the consulting environment, in project management, in a presales role or the like.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and a Nordics language.
  • A technical background and ideally experience in the field of SaaS, cloud solutions or subscription models.
  • Sales affinity and also experience in sales.
  • You have been responsible for projects from the start and feel comfortable in negotiations with C-level.
  • You are passionate about managing projects at a high level, implementing the right tools accordingly and using them consistently.
  • You are extremely proactive, solution-oriented and resilient and have a high level of initiative.
  • Experience and enjoyment of presenting facts and speaking in front of an audience.
