Job Description

  • Duration: 6 months 
  • Salary: between 1000 and 1300€ (gross), related to background 
  • The internship can lead to a job offer (if the conditions are met)

You will integrate the Knowledge Management team. This team focuses on organising knowledge inside the company and providing outstanding content and communication to our users. Part of this effort is creating valuable and diverse content in order to enable our growing user base to have a great experience when learning to use the Shippeo tool.

As a knowledge management intern and under the responsibility of your manager, you can help us bring our content to the next level. Your responsibilities include:

  • Create, structure and feed with new content our brand new public help center
  • Coordinate content creation for our restricted section Helpcenter, in-app learning tool and downloads section
  • Providing feedback and supporting the team in evaluating the current content and shaping the future content and communication strategy
  • Participate in ad-hoc communication efforts (newsletters, product documentations…)

Qualifications

  • You are a master student in communication, marketing, documentation, knowledge management or similar (Bac + 4-5)
  • You can break down complex matters easily into accessible content
  • You have an eye for aesthetics and ideally design experience
  • You are fluent in French and English (a third European language is a +)
  • You have excellent writing skills and ideally  experience in copywriting, technical writing or other content production
  • You have excellent communication skills (written as well as spoken)
