We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Talent Acquisition Team with the main challenge to help us grow our Product & Tech teams based in Paris and Lyon (and soon internationally).

 You will contribute to the execution of our ambitious growth plan by hiring the best Talent who match Shippeo’s company culture.

We are a Team of 3 and you'll report to our Head of Talent Acquisition. 

Main responsibilities: 

• ownership of full recruitment process of candidates for Product & Tech (check out the open positions on our website)
• contribution to the structuring and following of our hiring process
• providing the best candidate experience
• participating in team projects (employer brand, campus management, meetups, events, etc.)
• applicants management and ATS administration (Smartrecruiters)

• at least a Bachelor degree from University or Business School 
• at least 4 years experience at a recruitment agency/SSII/ESN or startup/scale-up, recruiting IT profiles, especially developers 
• excellent communication skills in French (good English skills)
• you're well organized, meticulous 
• good sense of humour
