Job Description

We are looking for our Sales Administrator, in charge of managing all post-sales activities, in close collaboration with legal, sales operations, accounting and IT
 

Main responsibilities

  • Handle billing from contract signing to cash collection

  • Maintain and update sales and customers records

  • Calculate sales commissions and monitor sales performance KPIs

  • Manage relationship with company’s factor and accounting firm

  • Actively contribute to the improvement of our internal tools and processes

  • Help handle administrative tasks

Qualifications

You're our next Shippian if you have:

  • min. 5 years of work experience as a sales administrator 

  • Hands-on experience of CRMs and other IT tools

  • Professional verbal and written communication skills both in French and English (German a plus)

  • Proficiency in Excel

  • A highly organized professional who is self-driven, motivated, and achievement-focused

  • A true team player willing to roll-up his/her sleeves and lend a hand when needed
