Job Description

The Marketing Operations Manager will be a key role on Shippeo’s marketing team, in charge of overseeing marketing campaign execution with regards to segmentation, data cleanliness and completeness. They will drive efficient lead scoring, campaign tracking, lead management, database health, segmentation strategy and alignment with sales initiatives. The Marketing Operations Manager will also be responsible for putting in place efficient and persona .targeted lead nurturing strategies

 

Reporting to our Head of Growth Marketing, this candidate should have a thorough experience of Marketing Automation softwares combined with strong quantitative skills, an aptitude for data analysis and campaign optimization, and should be able to assist local marketing teams execute campaigns in multiple countries.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the setup, improvements and day to day operations of Shippeo’s marketing automation platform (Hubspot). Assist with integration with our CRM (Salesforce), lead scoring and implementation of new workflows, rules and properties.

  • Partner with field marketing teams to enhance campaign execution, audience targeting, and lead lifecycles.

  • Design nurture email scenarios with key messages needed to move Shippeo’s target audiences through the funnel from awareness to consideration to conversion.

  • Manage landing page and lead capture setup/routing to the correct teams and into our CRM.

  • Implement data governance best practices and tools for normalization and enrichment of existing data.

  • Manage reporting on all marketing campaigns, by implementing the necessary tools to measure performance effectively and providing key metrics via dashboards and ad-hoc analysis.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience working in marketing operations, marketing automation, campaign management, lead nurturing

  • Strong background in Salesforce and experience with Salesforce lead process/workflows and automation, report building and data upload/export

  • Strong skills in Hubspot (formal certifications desirable)

  • Passion for data-driven decision making, audience segmentation, user journeys, campaign success analysis and optimization

  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements and sales methodology into marketing campaigns and marketing logic

  • Strong skill in Excel or any relevant data analysis software
