This position is part of the User Support & Knowledge Management Team who focuses on providing outstanding support for Shippeo users. Part of this effort is creating valuable and diverse content in order to enable our growing user base to have a great experience when learning to use the Shippeo tool.

As a technical writer/knowledge management intern and under the responsibility of your manager, you can help us bring our support content to the next level. Your responsibilities include:

• Creating diverse content for our Helpcenter, in-app learning tool and downloads section

• Translating or updating translations of existing content into French (+ other languages if applicable)

• Proofreading and updating existing content in English and French (+ other languages if applicable)

• Providing feedback and supporting the team in evaluating the current content strategy 

• Collaborating with the team in shaping the future content and communication strategy

• Provide Level 1 Support to our end users

Preferred Experience

• You are a master student for communication, foreign languages or similar (Bac + 4-5)

• You are fluent in French and English (a third European language is a +)

• You have excellent writing skills and ideally  experience in copywriting, technical writing or other content production

• You have excellent communication skills (written as well as spoken)

• You are detail oriented and are not shy to give feedback

• You can break down complex matters easily into accessible content

• You have an eye for aesthetics and ideally design experience

• You are curious and willing to learn new things
