Job Description

  1. Performing market research on prospective clients to increase our customer database.
  2. Meeting potential customers, setting up meetings, cold calling, and generating leads.
  3. Assisting existing clients/vendors in using our product, solving queries, and giving a prompt response.
  4. Handling inbound queries via chat/phone.
  5. Taking feedback from customers/vendors and reporting it to supervisors and the product team.
  6. Developing hands-on skills in customer service (inbound) and a lot of other aspects of the logistics industry.



Qualifications

  1. UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization, (B.A - Economics, BMS Preferred).
  2. PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, (MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization).
  3. Prior work experience in Sales / Marketing will be a win-win situation. 

Skills: 

  1. Well versed with MS-Office.
  2. Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
