Job Description
- Performing market research on prospective clients to increase our customer database.
- Meeting potential customers, setting up meetings, cold calling, and generating leads.
- Assisting existing clients/vendors in using our product, solving queries, and giving a prompt response.
- Handling inbound queries via chat/phone.
- Taking feedback from customers/vendors and reporting it to supervisors and the product team.
- Developing hands-on skills in customer service (inbound) and a lot of other aspects of the logistics industry.
Qualifications
- UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization, (B.A - Economics, BMS Preferred).
- PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, (MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization).
- Prior work experience in Sales / Marketing will be a win-win situation.
Skills:
- Well versed with MS-Office.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
