Job Description
The position focuses on coordination, planning, and operational oversight rather than hands-on warehouse activities and involves close collaboration with regional warehouses and distribution partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate fulfillment of hardware orders and shipments to international customers across multiple regions.
- Serve as a coordination point between Sales, Operations, Finance, suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners.
- Support logistics coordination for different regions depending on operational needs.
- Coordinate inventory management and warehouse operations with external warehouses and regional distribution partners.
- Oversee international shipments, including shipping documentation, customs processes, and coordination with freight forwarders.
- Manage hardware returns and RMA processes across regions.
- Maintain accurate records of hardware distribution, shipments, and inventory movements.
- Support hardware demand forecasting and coordinate advance ordering with suppliers and distributors to ensure product availability.
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline logistics and operational processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations coordination.
- Experience coordinating logistics with external warehouses and suppliers, ideally in an international environment.
- Knowledge of customs procedures, international shipping, and freight forwarder documentation requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with teams across Europe and the Americas.
- Ability to manage multiple operational priorities and shipments simultaneously.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- English at advanced level, spoken and written.
